Our application process
For us it’s important that the application process is professional, respectful, and as quick as possible. It should enable both sides to get a good and comprehensive picture and thus make the right decision.
1. Selection
Have a role in mind #forasaferworld? Apply online via our application platform.
2. Feedback
Now it's our turn! You will receive an automated acknowledgement of that we’ve received your application within a few minutes, and a personal response within a few days.
3. Invitation
We will call you to address queries and schedule a meeting.
4. Getting to know each other virtually
Our first meeting will be virtual. You’ll get an email with a Microsoft Teams link to meet your future manager or team experts, guided by your dedicated recruiter.
5. Getting to know each other personally
Meet your manager and colleagues onsite at one of our offices for a first impression. Depending on the role, we may include a specific task during this visit, with details sent via email in advance.
6. Decision
Within four weeks of applying, you can expect a decision. Any questions? Our recruiting team can assist you.
7. Employment contract
Your contract will follow a few days after the decision. Clarify any open questions and get all the details on our offer and benefits.
8. Onboarding
Welcome on board! We start with a welcome workshop, arrange your first training sessions, and assign you a tutor to ensure you make a great start to your career at Frequentis.
