The new Frequentis subsidiary "Comsoft Solutions GmbH" acquires parts of the ATM business of Comsoft GmbH. An experienced management team led by Gerald Enzinger will focus on realising growth opportunities, particularly in the European and Asian markets.

Comsoft Solutions GmbH comprises parts of Comsoft GmbH, a company founded in Karlsruhe/Germany in 1979, which has been a leading producer of software in the area of Air Traffic Control / Air Traffic Management (ATC/ATM) for more than 30 years, positioning itself as a competent partner on the international air traffic control market.
