For technical enquiries, support, and issues related to the installation or operation of our software, please consult the FAQ or contact us via e-mail

To facilitate swift processing, please provide the following information when reporting issues with @enterprise: 

  • Version information: 
    The “Server Info” function in the server monitor of @enterprise provides essential details about Java, the database, drivers, and the @enterprise version. Please ensure this information is included.
  • Log file: 
    If an error or suspected misbehaviour is reported, please attach an excerpt from the log file.
  • JavaScript error: 
    If a JavaScript error occurs in the browser or a page does not display correctly, please include the HTML source code of the page along with details about the browser that is not rendering the page properly.
